Its Saturday morning. What should we do today? Ikea browsing? Or.... wine tasting? Wine tasting it is! Just 30 minutes up the coast from LA, and into the mountains, theres sits Malibu Wines. They offer wine tasting flights with selections from Saddlerock (grown on the grounds), and Semler, grown just north up the coast. Chris and I enjoyed both flights of a variety of Saddlerock whites and pinots, and the Semler cabernets. Then we grabbed a bottle of Saddlerock Syrah and lounged under the beautiful olive trees and enjoyed some live music. Dont forget to pack some snacks!
