Amazing Hummus



My first homemade hummus turned out pretty darn good!  I think I could eat a mediterranean plate for dinner every night.  Great served with veggies, pita, kalamata olives.

Hummus
Oh She Glows
2 c. cooked chickpeas with liquid set aside
2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. tahini
8 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt, to taste
2 tbsp chickpea liquid
4 drops of tabasco, to taste
olive oil to drizzle
paprika for garnish

Combine all in food processor.  Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.  Enjoy!
